The onsite support programs provide next day parts (based on stock and availability), and on-site technicians to replace the defective hardware during business hours. Additional service and support plans are available upon request.

During the “in-warranty” period, support is provided by phone and email with a guaranteed two hour response time 8am – 8pm, excluding holidays and weekends. For “out of warranty” hardware, support is provided by email with a four hour response time. Regardless of the warranty status, email support is free for the lifetime of the product.
