CoreStor JBOD series provides flexible and cost-effective external storage expansion for a wide variety of performance and capacity-oriented storage environments. The arrays combine 12Gb/s SAS-based host connectivity for more rapid access to data with the ability to scale capacity by daisy chaining multiple systems, making them configurable for a wide range of storage applications. CoreStor JBOD series incorporates LSI DataBolt bandwidth optimizer – a performance acceleration technology that allows users to take advantage of 12Gb/s speeds with existing 6Gb/s drive infrastructure, doubling their throughput. Featuring redundant hardware design optimized for high scalability and bandwidth, CoreStor JBODs offer the next-generation levels of performance and reliability to meet the most demanding storage requirements.
